Booking and Cancellation Policy for EJH First Aid Training Limited

  1. Booking Confirmation:
    All course bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or through our online booking system. Payment details must be provided at the time of booking to secure your place.
  2. Payment Terms:
    Payment for all courses is required prior to the course date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If payment is not received, EJH First Aid Training Limited reserves the right to cancel the booking.
  3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
    • Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made in writing at least 48 hours prior to the course start time.
    • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the full course fee being charged.
    • If you need to reschedule within the 48-hour window, a rebooking fee may apply.
  4. No Shows:
    Failure to attend the course without prior notice will be considered a cancellation, and the full course fee will be charged.
  5. Course Changes:
    EJH First Aid Training Limited reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by us, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
  6. Substitutions:
    If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute to take your place, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  7. Refunds:
    Refunds will only be issued if cancellations are made with more than 48 hours’ notice. Any applicable refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation.
